Making Different Accounts for One Gmail

As I began looking at using Voki with students (upon the request of a staff member), I found that I would need an additional account other than my own. This was tough because registering accounts for all of the students would be incredibly time intensive for me, and a waste of time for them. I started looking for ways to use one account and found some great resources. I think this could be used for a range of other activities so I decided to write it down here for myself (and anyone else who might stumble upon it). By simply adding a plus sign "+" and a modifier before the @ in the gmail address a person can create what looks to be another account using the same gmail. It can then be filtered in the inbox and labeled (excellent for student project/assignment submission) to be organized to the users liking. The other method is to add a dot in the address before the @. Gmail has dot blindness which means that jon.doe@gmail.com is the same as J.on.doe@gmail.com. Here are some resources to find out more:
